Artificial Radio Hour with Rev. Dr. Dr. Phill Part 5

A short one, with some 80's techno & house and some 50's burble & squeak.

I think I may have another show ready before the end of the week. Here's hoping!

Artificial Radio Hour with Rev. Dr. Dr. Phill Part 4

The truth is that I pretty much don't know what any of this stuff is. All my mp3 files are organized with iTunes into folders. This stuff mostly comes from the folder marked "Unknown Artist - Unknown Album". Even when I can identify the song, I don't know who it's by. The file names I've listed below are about all I know.

A note on "Voltage Controlled Technicolor": That was a music blog I used to frequent around ten years ago. The blogger put up a compilation of 26 unlabeled tracks, as a bit of a challenge I think. That blogger is gone now, as is the blog, so who knows what it all was.

This one is generally quiet. Enjoy!

Artificial Radio Hour with Rev. Dr. Dr. Phill Part 3.5

This is a cheat. I didn't make this, I found it, somewhere, a while ago. I'll be putting up another show, actually by me, soon.

Imagine this as being an audio version of the ads in the back of a mid-1970s comic book. This goes over some territory I've already covered, and because I didn't make it there aren't any podcast bits in it. Sorry for the laziness. Enjoy!

Artificial Radio Hour with Rev. Dr. Dr. Phill Part 3

Okay, here's part 3. This one is funk based, mostly from James Brown's People Records label.

I tried for a smoother mix, but I can't seem to leave a piece of music alone without looping it, or layering something else onto it.

Funny clips this week include two different Griffin McElroy podcasts, plus a nice big chunk of The Jackie And Laurie Show with Laurie Kilmartin & Jackie Kashian, shown below in a file photo.

James Brown & The Famous Flames - Please, Please, Please (1956)

Artificial Radio Hour with Rev. Dr. Dr. Phill - Part 2

This is "Part 2", but it's the first one where I've thought of a title.

There are some bubblegum chunks in this, plus a bunch of audio from, which is two AI chatbots having a conversation. Fewer layered loops than last time, more long ambient bits.

I understand if it isn't a bit shaky, I'll keep at it. Please let me know what you like or don't like about it. Feel free to share the file if you think someone would like it.

Phill's Experiment (Artificial Radio Hour with Rev. Dr. Dr. Phill - Part 1)

here is an experimental mix i made. I'm gonna try and make one of these every week for 2017. It uses samples and loops from my own collection, plus clips from podcasts and music I've listened to that week (or whenever). I understand if it isn't very good, I'll keep at it. please let me know what you like or don't like about it
